Raster images are made of pixels or tiny dots that use color and tone to product the image. Pixels appear like little squares on graph paper when the image is zoomed in or enlarged. Vector graphics are computer graphic images that are defined in terms of points on a Cartesian plane, which are connected by lines and curves to form polygons and other shapes. Resolution Independent.
